By accessing or using GeoHunter, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.
2. Service Description
GeoHunter provides AI-powered geolocation discovery services using public street-level imagery. The service deploys AI agents to analyze and match visual features in photographs.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
4. Credits & Payments
Credits are consumed when investigations are launched. Credit costs vary by search mode. Purchased credits are non-refundable except in cases of system errors where automatic refunds are issued. Free trial credits expire after 90 days of account inactivity.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use GeoHunter for illegal activities, harassment, stalking, or any purpose that violates applicable laws. You must have the right to use any images you upload. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of images you upload. Investigation reports generated by the service are licensed to you for your use. The GeoHunter platform, including its code, design, and AI models, remains our intellectual property.
7. Limitation of Liability
GeoHunter is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for the accuracy of geolocation results. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for credits in the preceding 12 months.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
